Yes, I integrate SEO best practices throughout the web design process, following all Google guidelines. As part of the website build cost, I configure essential Google services such as Google Search Console, Google My Business, and Google Analytics to give your website the best chance of ranking on Google as quickly as possible. I can also advise on ways to improve SEO and help with implementation to enhance your website's visibility and performance.

In addition to the design and build of your website, there are essential ongoing costs for web hosting and domain registration, which are paid directly to the providers, not to me.
Every website requires these two elements to function properly, which is like paying 'rent' for your site’s presence on the internet.
Domain: A custom domain name (e.g., .co.nz) typically costs around $40-70 per year.
Squarespace Web Hosting: Squarespace offers a range of plans depending on your needs. Some plans include hosting and a free custom email. We’ll figure out which plan is best for you, depending on whether you already have these elements or need them set up. Current pricing can be found here on the Squarespace website. By signing up through me, you'll get 20% discount on your first annual payment.
If you already have a domain but not hosting, or if you wish to use another hosting provider, please contact me directly to discuss your options. I’ll always be upfront about any additional costs to ensure there are no surprises.
-
Yes, I require a 20% deposit to secure your project in my schedule. The remaining balance is then paid in two instalments: one after the first draft is completed and the final payment when your website goes live and you’re happy with the results.
