Loren Taylor — acclaimed actress, director, and writer from Aotearoa — originally came to me for a quick SEO tidy-up. I offer this kind of behind-the-scenes support for clients who want to get found on Google, and Loren wanted to make sure her site was working as hard as it could.

But as I looked through her existing website, I spotted a few areas where a little extra love could make a big difference. Her film The Moon is Upside Down deserved a page that captured its quiet magic. And the site didn’t have a contact page — a small but important detail.

I suggested that, in just a few hours, I could give the site a gentle refresh: add a contact page, transform the film page, and generally polish things up while keeping the vibe true to Loren’s style. She kindly trusted me to draft something — and she’s super happy she did.
