Mount Richmond Estate
WEBSITE REBUILD
Mount Richmond Estate approached me after their website, originally built in 2012, had been hacked and they had lost access. They needed a complete overhaul—both for security and to better reflect their evolving business, which now offers both holiday accommodation and long-term rentals.
I guided them through regaining control of their domain and then set to work rebuilding the entire site on Squarespace. The lack of high-resolution images presented a challenge, but I used the existing colours from the images to inspire a fresh and cohesive design. The new site structure was carefully crafted to simplify navigation and showcase their full range of services, providing a user-friendly experience for both holiday guests and long-term tenants.
In addition to the design, I rewrote all the content to align with their updated business focus, creating copy that is clear, professional, and engaging.
The end result is a beautifully transformed website that not only solves their previous issues but also positions Mount Richmond Estate for the future, with a clean, modern look and an intuitive layout that reflects their dual accommodation offerings.
Words from the client
“I had no idea what to do when we lost access to our old website. Jodi stepped in and helped me regain control of the domain, then took all the hard work off my hands. I was too busy with the day-to-day running of the business, but Jodi handled everything.
The end result is a fantastic new website that showcases both our holiday and long-term accommodation. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the whole process went.”
